HDPE water supply and Gas supply Pipe Extrusion Line used in producing HDPE water, gas supply pipe. Its features compact structure, highly automation and stable performance.
Screw of extruder is equipped with barrier unit and mixing structure and the barrel owns new style grooves. Vacuum sizing tank can ensure the stability of size and rounedness, speed controllers are used in extruder, haul-off to offer stability and precision performance.
Whole line adopts PLC performance control system and large liquid screen, which makes the operation very convenient. The line can be equipped with another extruder used for extruding the mark line.
